Rowans Law is a concussion awareness protocol that came into effect in July 2019.

Beginning this summer:

Every player, or parent/guardian must indicate that they have reviewed the concussion awareness resources before they can participate in activities.

Every member of the coaching staff is required to review the concussion awareness resources and return a completed "Codes Of Conduct" form to the clubs Head Coach.
